3 Tips to Choosing the Right Affiliate Marketing Products

Being an affiliate marketer is a great way to earn money, but it can be difficult to choose the products you want to market. There are thousands upon thousands of products on the internet and it is a tough decision.

This article will list 3 tips to choosing the right affiliate marketing products.

1. The first thing you must do is research! There is no doubt that the best way to pick the right product is by doing research. Use Google AdWords and identify what people are searching for in your specific niche. Ask around and find out what products people are looking for.

Communicating with future customers is going to be the best way to ensure your business is successful. Go into forums and ask the people in your niche what they would be interested in buying. Research, research, and research is the best way to pick the right products to market.

2. Do not choose a product because you like it! Sure, if you like a product and feel it would sell well then by all means promote it. But, what you have to avoid is choosing a product you like but that few others will actually like. This happens a lot and it is tragic. Using the research you gathered you should be able to identify if a product will be successful or not.

The downfall of your business will be if you ignore what your research has told you and you begin marketing products that you like but no one else does. When creating a business you need to choose a niche market that interests you to keep you passionate about it, but in the end it is the customer buying the product and what they want is what you should promote.

3. While you are certainly an affiliate marketer to earn money, there is more to look at than the commission structure. Those new to affiliate marketing look at how much commission they will earn on a product, but that should be one of the last variables in the equation.

For instance, say you are going to earn a 50% commission on a product that costs $10, but there are only 10 people willing to purchase that product. Now, say you are going to earn a 25% commission on a similar priced product, but there are 100 people willing to purchase the product. In the first scenario you earn $50, but in the second scenario you earn $250.

Which scenario sounds better? While you will want to choose the products that earn good commission, this should be one of the last things you look at. Generally, the products with higher commission are harder to sell.

Being an affiliate marketer is a great way to earn money on the internet but it can be difficult to choose the right products to market. Follow the 3 tips to choosing the right affiliate marketing products listed in this article and you will be choosing the right product to market in no time!

Making Money Online Products – Not Genuine?

Hey there, I have heard so many things about making money online since I started to learn about it ages ago. I was only 18 years old when I started my journey to earn money without having to sweat in a diner somewhere. I was desperate for money, so it was only natural for me to purchase every single making money online product out there, whether the sales letter was convincing or not. All I looked for was this, “earn $5,000 in 2 weeks”…etc.

Making Money Online Products:

Furthermore, making money online products have been heavily increased, and it is not even halting, products are adding on as we speak. This is money we are talking about; everyone wants it, people in the outer world work to earn it. Now others prefer to gain it through their schemes online, knowing that people are willing to pay anything in exchange of receiving money. These gurus were smart as hell to grasp that opportunity, however lucky for us, it is exposed, information, strategies are being spread all over the internet. Now smart people can make good use of the information, but unless you have experience, the information in your hands is pretty much useless.

Are they all Scams?

Personally, I have bought six-to-seven making money online products and at first, I did use them all, but they weren’t going anywhere. The sales were not increasing, nor were they doubling as these so-called sales letters claimed they would do. What I did realize was the fact that all these products were nothing but a piece of the pie I was aiming to cook. Okay, true, not a good example, but come on, there is no product online that will give you everything in hand. What you should do is focus on your research, yes it may seem lame, but you will get the hang of it eventually. You will be able to see what the people online, the gurus really work on to suck other people’s money.

Valuable Products?

You see, the making money online product will get quite the traffic; it is a hot topic honestly. So, you may believe that these products are not genuine, are not useful in any way, and you know what, you might be right. I mean it is true, if you were handed a valuable piece of information and you did not know what to do with it then you are screwed and to you, this information is nothing but useless.

You see, do not get under the impression that they are ripping you. In their minds they are, because a guru, an online successful marketer will never reveal their secret, they will reveal a good one to make some sales, but never expose their killer secret. Yes, they will always have better techniques to make money online. So do not get the impression that making money online products are nothing but a scam, they are not. If you still have a problem then I have the solution, look for a 100% refund guarantee and know that you are fine. If you are hesitated, then make sure the product, especially if it was a making money online product; make sure it comes from ClickBank. That way, you will be 100% safe.

The Five Stages In the Life Cycle of Online Products

Life cycles are an extremely useful concept. Like most models, they help people to visualize the progress of an online product under certain conditions. They help people to predict the effects of decisions within the life cycle of that product.

There are a number of different life cycles. In fact, everyone who has an interest in an online product has some form of life cycle. Learning content creators have their version of a life cycle based on the effort. Accountants have their view of a life cycle based on income. Project Managers often have two. One based on the development cycle and one based on the types of projects needed. And marketers have their view.

In a previous article, I suggested a very complex life cycle. However, in this article I’m going to describe one life cycle of online products as seen by a marketer.

This marketing life cycle consists of five steps.

1. Pre-Launch

The period before the launch of a product is the focus of many other life cycles. But for a marketer, this time is used for two main purposes. The first is preparation of a marketing plan and marketing assets to be used later in the life cycle. However, this period is also used to create a buzz. Frequently this is a very heavy period of marketing as pre-orders are important to recovering the cost of development of the online product. A large pre-order also helps to focus partners on the product so that they continue to support the marketing effort in the next stage.

2. Growth

Once the product is released there will be an initial period where sales grow. While the pre-launch focused on the initial penetration of the market, this stage is more concerned with obtaining a commanding share of the market. This period is often characterized by high marketing spending with respect to profit.

3. Stabilization

In time, the market begins to reach equilibrium. While new competition enters the market, it tends not to disrupt the status quo. This stage is characterized by high profit with limited market spending and a stability in the market share.

4. Decreasing Sales

As time goes by sales begin to decrease. This can be caused by an obsolete product. Or it may be a market-wide phenomena caused by market saturation. Or it may be the result of an alternate innovative market arising. In any case, this stage is often characterized by wild swings in marketing spending. This is the result of increased spending on marketing with little result followed by a demand to reduce spending in order to increase profit. Determining the value of increased marketing spending during this time can be frustrating and frightening.

5. Alternate Use

This is sometimes referred to as retirement. However, I prefer the concept of alternate use with online products. Online products are most often used as bonuses to improve the sales value of other products. Actual retirement is frequently used to adjust the market demand. Online products are also frequently improved and renamed with a version which somewhat eliminates their retirement in this stage. However, regardless of the strategy chosen, this stage is characterized by the withdrawal from sale of the product and the associated suspension of marketing efforts.
